About This Place

Temaikèn is a leading conservation zoo and nature park located in Escobar, about 50 kilometres north of Buenos Aires. Home to more than 700 animal species including big cats, elephants, primates, and marine animals, it is one of Argentina's most popular family days out. The park's bioparque model emphasises animal welfare and conservation education. Open Thursday–Sunday and public holidays.
