The Royal Observatory Greenwich sits atop the hill in Greenwich Park, London, straddling the Prime Meridian of the world. Visitors can stand with one foot in the eastern hemisphere and one in the western, explore the Meridian Courtyard, and learn about the history of timekeeping and astronomy through engaging galleries and instruments.
