About This Place
The Royal Observatory Greenwich invites families to explore the iconic Prime Meridian Line and astronomical history. Marvel at the Great Equatorial Telescope, explore the Octagon Room designed by Sir Christopher Wren, and enjoy talks and tours that delve into time, space, and navigation. Admission is currently £18 for adults and £9 for children during the summer sale. The observatory is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, with extended hours in the summer.
