Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur
About
Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur is a 350-hectare ecological reserve on the Río de la Plata riverfront in Buenos Aires, created from reclaimed land and now one of the city's most important natural habitats. Home to over 350 bird species, capybaras, and diverse wetland and woodland ecosystems, it is a remarkable urban nature escape just minutes from the city centre. The reserve is free to enter and draws birdwatchers, joggers, and families year-round.
