Plaza Dr. Bernardo Houssay is a public square in Buenos Aires, Argentina, named after the Argentine physiologist Bernardo Alberto Houssay, who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1947 — the first Latin American to win a Nobel Prize in the sciences. The plaza is located near the University of Buenos Aires's Faculty of Medicine and provides a shaded neighbourhood gathering space with benches and greenery. Free to visit.
