Himmelskibet, meaning The Sky Ship, is one of Northern Europe's tallest carousels, rising 80 metres above the rooftops of Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. The ride pays tribute to the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe with star-studded décor featuring telescopes, quadrants, and planetary motifs throughout the structure. Riders spin near the summit while taking in sweeping panoramic views over the gardens and the Copenhagen skyline — a dramatic highlight for any Tivoli visit. Minimum height 140 cm; children 120–140 cm must be accompanied by a paying adult.
