Hilton Falls Conservation Area in Halton Region is a rewarding mix of natural scenery and outdoor recreation. The centrepiece is a dramatic 10-metre waterfall set among limestone outcrops, surrounded by the ruins of a 19th-century sawmill. Four trails totalling around 16 km wind through mature hardwood forest and along the Credit River headwaters, suitable for hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing in winter. Day-use facilities include parking, picnic areas, and trail maps at the entrance.
