High Park
About
High Park is Toronto's largest park at 161 hectares, combining manicured parkland, natural forests, and recreational facilities along the west end of the city near Bloor West Village. Highlights include the cherry blossom grove that draws tens of thousands of visitors each spring, the free outdoor Grenadier Café Amphitheatre (High Park Theatre), a small free zoo with bison and peacocks, Grenadier Pond for skating in winter, a hillside waterplay area, and an off-leash dog area. The park is served by the High Park subway station and is open year-round.
