About This Place
Gorse Hill City Farm is a family-friendly city farm in Leicester with over 100 animals to meet, including cows, sheep, pigs, goats, donkeys, ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks and chickens, with several rare and native breeds on site. Children can enjoy feeding many of the animals with £1 bags of feed, book small-animal sessions, burn off energy in the outdoor play area and stop at The Farmer’s Hut café. The farm is open every day except Christmas Day, usually 10am–4.30pm from April to October and 10am–4pm from November to March.
