The Monkey Vault is a large multi-discipline movement and fitness facility at 75 Carl Hall Road in Downsview Park, Toronto, specialising in parkour, gymnastics, and martial arts. Classes are available for ages nine and up in parkour, flips, calisthenics, tricking, stick fighting, jiu jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai, alongside daily open gym sessions, seasonal camps, P.A. day programs, and birthday party packages.
