Elora Gorge Conservation Area near the village of Elora in Wellington County, Ontario, features dramatic 22-metre limestone cliffs framing a rushing Grand River gorge carved over thousands of years. Families come to tube the river rapids, swim in the natural pools, hike the gorge-rim trails, and camp overnight at well-equipped riverside campsites. The park is managed by the Grand River Conservation Authority and is open seasonally from May through October.
