The Centro Cultural Recoleta is one of Buenos Aires' most important and dynamic cultural centres, housed in a converted 18th-century Franciscan convent adjacent to the Recoleta Cemetery. The complex spans multiple exhibition halls, galleries, and auditoriums and presents a constantly changing programme of contemporary art exhibitions, live music, theatre, dance, film screenings, workshops, and cultural events.
