About
The Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa is the country's national museum dedicated to science, technology, and innovation. Its collection of over 60,000 objects spans the 12th century to the present, with highlights including the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway, the original hitchBOT robot, and George Klein's prototype motorized wheelchair. The museum features 13 interactive permanent exhibitions, the ZOOOM Children's Innovation Zone for younger visitors, and a fully renovated 13,458-square-metre facility operated by the federal Ingenium agency.
